This single album ‘WHAT’S GOIN’ ON’ shows Omega X’s unique charisma, hip vibe and captivating sounds. The title track ‘WHAT’S GOIN’ ON’ is full of explosive energy and our own personality along with great guitar sounds. Introduced in their first album, Vamos, as the “last boss” of K-pop, Omega X is back with a new single album. The title track “What’s Goin’ On” features beats and choreography that are just as strong and energetic as their debut title track “Vamos,” without failing to deliver a new message: A new era is here. The music video for “What’s Goin’ On” portrays the 11 members as **self-assured, assertive K-pop warriors who redefine modern masculinity. The single album, What’s Goin’ On, consists of the title track of the same name and a track called “Baila Con OX”, meaning “Dance with OX” in Spanish.
Omega X is an 11-member K-Pop group that debuted on June 30, 2021, under Spire Entertainment. Omega (Ω), the last letter of the Greek alphabet, symbolizes the end, while the letter X denotes the unknown with infinite possibilities. Combined, Omega X suggests their determination to become the last boss of K-pop, symbolizing constant change and growth.
All of the members of Omega X have previously appeared on reality TV audition programs or debuted with other K-Pop acts, which made Omega X their second chance in the K-pop industry. Their first mini album “Vamos” was an instant hit, selling out all 20,000 copies, ranking fourth on Apple Music’s K-Pop Chart, and the title track “Vamos” music video accruing over 5 million views.
The members and their agency believe that liking someone and becoming a fan is not simply a process of sharing the artist’s musical inspiration with their fans. Human empathy plays a big part in this. All of the Omega X members have their own special stories, and through those stories, they hope that fans can relate and resonate with each member’s personality and music.
